Mr. Pritchard founded the Law Office of Alan Pritchard, PLLC in 2007, after practicing with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, and Berkowitz for 17 years. Mr. Pritchard was an equity shareholder with that firm and practiced primarily in the area of commercial litigation. Mr. Pritchard’s practice primarily focuses on the representation of owners and property managers of single family and multi-family residential rental property in Shelby County, Fayette County, and Tipton County, Tennessee and DeSoto County, Mississippi. Mr. Pritchard continues to practice in the area of commercial litigation.
